Since 1993, OUDC has served as a champion for social justice. Having worked with more than 600 emerging social justice leaders, OUDC has a deep well of experience to draw upon to inform promising approaches and emerging trends. OUDC's contributes this expertise to the community of practice by serving as a thought leader in the DMV on issues of racial equity and social justice. OUDC's team and board leadership serve in a number of leadership roles with other social justice organizations, community-based groups and academic institutions to help advance change and promote equity. Through these collaborations, OUDC seeks to leverage shared resources and learnings to accelerate social change in the DMV.
